Dr. Anthony Cardillo
Founder and CEO/Medical Director | Premier Health Partners
Dr. Anthony Cardillo is the founder of Premier Health Partners which manages several Emergency Departments in the greater Los Angeles region. Dr. Cardillo began his medical careers as an EMT-D for New York City EMS. It was during that time that he also helped develop the Fordham University Emergency Medical Service. He then went on to receive his medical degree from the USC School of Medicine in Los Angeles. Dr. Cardillo completed his residency in the prestigious UCLA double board program in Emergency Medicine and Internal Medicine. Dr. Cardillo is also on staff at the Glendale Adventist Medical Center Emergency Department in Glendale, California where he works as a full time physician. Dr Cardillo also holds a teaching faculty position at University of Southern California (USC) as an instructor in clinical medicine. Dr Cardillo is also a co-founder of the IEPC (Independent Emergency Physician Coalition) which is the first coalition in California for Independent Emergency Medicine Groups.
Louis L. Gonda

Mr. Gonda was born in Caracas, Venezuela, in 1948, to Hungarian parents who left Europe just after WWII. After being raised and schooled in Caracas until the age of 15, Lou, his parents and two sisters relocated to Beverly Hills, CA, and he graduated from Beverly Hills High School in 1965. He then attended the University of Southern California and Woodbury University in Los Angeles and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing. His college years were complemented with various jobs and culminated in the co-founding and launch of AIR ASTRO, a commuter airline based in Lompoc, California. "If I only knew then a tenth of what I know today ... is a most appropriate adage,” says Mr. Gonda, “It was fun, it was challenging and it taught me a great deal that was useful to me later.”
Wyatt Decker MD

Dr. Wyatt W. Decker, M.D. has been the Chief Executive Officer at Mayo Clinic Arizona at Mayo Clinic Rochester since 2002 and serves as a Vice President of Mayo Clinic Rochester and Mayo Clinic Health Systems. Dr. Decker has been with Mayo Clinic for more than 16 years as a Consultant and Professor of emergency medicine. He has served in numerous leadership roles, including Chair of Mayo Clinic Department of Emergency Medicine from 2000 to 2008, with chair responsibilities for both the emergency departments at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn. and Jacksonville, Fla. He is leading the Rochester Destination Medical Community initiative. He serves as a Member of Mayo Clinic Medical Transportation System Board of Directors. He has been a Trustee of Mayo Clinic Rochester since 2011. Dr. Decker serves as Internal Trustee of Mayo Clinic Health Systems. Dr. Decker studied at University of California; M.D., Mayo Medical School; Mayo School of Graduate Medical Education; Denver Health and Hospitals; M.B.A. from Northwestern University.
